Limit Controls
STEP 15
The Limit Controls at the bottom of the window are used to control the amount of correction SoundID Reference software will apply to your speakers. The Limit settings may be adjusted in the Limit Controls menu at the bottom of the window. The Correction field lets you set a ceiling for the maximum amount of boost, in dBs, that the calibration will apply.
The highpass and lowpass fields are used to set the cutoff frequencies of the calibration. Instead of SoundID affecting the frequency range of the entire mix, this will set the range within which the correction will take place.
