Depending on how you use the website, information may include:

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website activity and Google Ads to evaluate advertising performance. We also use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement and related campaign functions.

Depending on configuration and visitor choices, these systems may process online identifiers, browsing or interaction events, referral information, and purchase or conversion details. Our consent-management setup is designed to control optional analytics and marketing technologies. Google Consent Mode communicates consent choices to relevant Google tags.

Our US online store uses WooCommerce to manage orders and WooPayments for payment services, with Stripe involved in payment processing. Payment-related providers may process the information required to authorize payments, detect fraud, handle refunds and disputes, and meet financial requirements.

Full payment card details are handled through the payment-processing service rather than intentionally stored as full card numbers in the WordPress store database. Order records may include transaction references, billing information and payment status.

WooCommerce Tax may process order and address information needed to calculate applicable US sales tax. We may share relevant shipping details with fulfillment or delivery providers to complete orders.

If you request newsletter emails, we use Brevo to manage subscriptions, confirmation, messages and unsubscribe requests. The marketing subscription process uses double opt-in as configured on our site.

Back-in-stock notifications are separate from newsletter marketing. Requesting a stock alert does not automatically enroll you in promotional emails; the optional newsletter opt-in is a separate choice.

A small piece of functional browser storage may remember when you dismiss the newsletter popup, so it is not repeatedly shown.

We use third-party services to operate the website and business. Depending on the service, they may process information on our behalf or as independent recipients under their own terms.

• Hosting, delivery and protection: SiteGround, Cloudflare and website security or anti-spam tools such as CleanTalk.
• Ecommerce and payments: WooCommerce/WooPayments, Stripe, WooCommerce Tax and relevant fulfillment providers.
• Messaging: Brevo for opted-in newsletters and related subscription management.
• Measurement and advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.

We may also disclose information when reasonably needed to address fraud, comply with applicable law, enforce legal rights, or support a lawful business transaction, subject to relevant safeguards and obligations.

Retention varies by purpose and information category, including order/account administration, customer support, tax and financial records, security, marketing preferences and legal obligations.

Some service providers operate in different countries. Where information is transferred or processed internationally, applicable legal requirements and provider arrangements should be considered. We do not claim that a particular transfer mechanism is in place unless verified.
