Complianz | The Privacy Suite for WordPress

This website uses the Privacy Suite for WordPress by Complianz to collect and record browser- and device-based consent. For this functionality, your IP address is anonymized and stored in our database. This service does not process any personally identifiable information and does not share any data with the service provider. For more information, see the Complianz Privacy Statement .


Payments

Fluid Audio accepts payments through WooPayments, which uses Stripe's payment-processing infrastructure.

When you make a purchase, information necessary to process your payment may be shared with WooCommerce, Inc. and Stripe. Depending on the transaction, this may include your name, billing information, email address, order details, transaction amount, payment identifiers, and information used for fraud prevention.

Payment card information is collected and processed through secure payment infrastructure. Fluid Audio does not store complete payment card numbers in its WordPress database.

Online Orders and Customer Information

Fluid Audio operates an online store using WooCommerce, offering direct purchases to customers in the United States.

When customers browse our website, we may collect information about product interactions and browsing activity, subject to applicable privacy choices. When customers place orders, we collect information needed to complete their purchases, including their name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number where provided, order contents, payment status, transaction identifiers, and purchase history.

Automated Sales Tax Calculation

Fluid Audio uses WooCommerce Tax to calculate applicable US sales taxes during checkout.

Information necessary for tax calculation, such as billing or shipping location and relevant order details, may be transmitted to the WooCommerce automated tax calculation service and its associated service providers.

This information is used to determine applicable tax rates and calculate sales tax on customer orders. Relevant order and tax records are retained for accounting, tax reporting, and applicable legal obligations.
