A Straightforward Studio Interface for Recording, Monitoring, and Playback

SRI-2 is a compact USB audio interface built around two balanced microphone inputs, instrument and line-level connectivity, balanced monitor outputs, and a dedicated headphone output.

With 24-bit conversion at sample rates up to 192 kHz, separate input paths for microphones, instruments, and line-level sources, and dedicated stereo monitor outputs, SRI-2 gives home studios, musicians, producers, and content creators the core I/O needed for a practical desktop recording system.

2 Balanced mic inputs

Two microphone input channels provide up to 54 dB of available gain.

24-bit High-resolution USB audio

USB 2.0 operation supports 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176.4, and 192 kHz sample rates.

+25 dBu Balanced line input headroom

The balanced line inputs accommodate higher-level studio sources.

L/R Balanced monitor outputs

Dedicated balanced stereo outputs connect directly to powered studio monitors.

Flexible Input Paths

Microphones, Instruments, and Line-Level Gear

SRI-2 gives each common studio source its own appropriate input path. Balanced microphone inputs handle recording mics, Hi-Z input handles instruments, and balanced line inputs accept higher-level studio sources.

Microphone Inputs 1/2

Balanced mic inputs provide 54 dB of available gain, 100-ohm input impedance, 104 dB A-weighted dynamic range, and response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz.

Hi-Z Instrument Input

The balanced Hi-Z input presents a 1 MΩ load for guitar and bass sources, with a gain range of -12 dB to 52 dB.

Balanced Line Inputs

Line inputs support signals up to +25 dBu with 20 kΩ input impedance, making them suitable for keyboards, processors, mixers, and other line-level studio equipment.

Low-Distortion Signal Path

Published THD+N figures are 0.0031% for Hi-Z input and 0.005% for the line input at 1 kHz under the stated test conditions.

Studio Monitoring

Balanced Monitor Outputs and a Dedicated Headphone Path

SRI-2 provides separate outputs for your studio monitors and headphones, giving a compact recording setup the basic monitoring paths needed for tracking, editing, and playback.

Connect two pairs of studio monitors and use the Speaker A/B switch to compare your mix between them. This makes it easy to check how the same mix sounds on different speakers.

Balanced Main L/R outputs Maximum output level of +6 dBFS, 75-ohm output impedance, 102 dB A-weighted dynamic range, and 20 Hz to 20 kHz response.

Dedicated headphone output 75 mW + 75 mW into 32 ohms with 100 dB A-weighted dynamic range and output impedance below 10 ohms.

Low output distortion Main output THD+N is specified at 0.0014% and headphone output THD+N at 0.006% under the published test conditions.

Built for powered monitors Balanced stereo outputs connect directly to active studio monitors for a simple desktop recording and playback chain.
