Hear the Low End Your Main Monitors Cannot Reach

FC10S is a 10 inch active studio subwoofer designed for mid-to-large rooms where accurate bass extension matters. Its 200 watt Class D amplifier, flexible crossover controls and included bypass footswitch make it equally useful for mixing, production, gaming and home theater playback.

Low-end extension

Bass You Can Hear, Feel and Make Decisions With

Low-frequency information often extends below what compact nearfield monitors can reproduce cleanly. Adding a properly integrated subwoofer lets you hear more of the mix and check how bass-heavy material behaves before it leaves your studio.

Extend monitoring to 20 Hz

FC10S reaches down to 20 Hz, providing access to sub-bass content that many studio monitors cannot reproduce on their own.

Check translation with and without the sub

The included footswitch lets you bypass the FC10S quickly so you can compare the mix with bass extension and without it.

Tune the sub to your main monitors

Variable phase and low-pass controls help integrate the FC10S with the frequency range and placement of your left and right monitors.

Mix-check workflow

Turn the Sub On and Off Without Leaving the Listening Position

The included footswitch is not just a convenience feature. It makes A/B checking part of the mixing workflow by letting you hear how the low end behaves both with the FC10S active and with the subwoofer bypassed.

Subwoofer engaged Hear the full low-frequency extension of the monitoring system and evaluate deep bass, sub content and low-end balance.

Subwoofer bypassed Check how the mix translates without extended bass reproduction and confirm that important information still works on smaller playback systems.

80 Hz satellite high-pass When the bypass footswitch is used with the satellite connections, the FC10S provides an 80 Hz high-pass filter for the connected monitors.

System integration

Controls for Matching the FC10S to Your Room and Monitors

The rear panel gives you the controls needed to integrate the subwoofer into a studio monitoring system rather than treating it as a fixed-output bass box.

Variable low-pass filter 50 Hz to 200 Hz crossover adjustment.

Variable phase 0 to 180 degrees for alignment with the main monitors.

Input gain Match FC10S output level to your monitoring system.

Ground lift Helps address ground hum in some installations.

Flat / Punch setting Select between conventional flat response and a more mid-bass-forward Punch mode.

Front-firing bass reflex port Front baffle porting helps make placement more flexible.

Two voicing options

Flat for Reference. Punch for More Mid-Bass Impact.

FC10S includes two built-in EQ choices so the subwoofer can be used either as a conventional monitoring extension or with a more energetic mid-bass presentation.

Flat

Use the conventional flat setting when the priority is balanced low-frequency extension and monitoring consistency.

Punch

Use the Punch setting when you want a more mid-bass-forward presentation for dance music and other material where impact is part of the listening experience.

Connection workflow

Integrate FC10S Between Your Source and Main Monitors
